  • I can relate to this. I used to be a wild child. I lived on go. Traveling around from place to place...parties, clubs, street racing, etc. I did a lot of dangerous/unlawful things and was out of control. Then the most beautiful thing happened to me. My daughter was born. I wasn't even in the country when I heard I was to be a dad. I stopped everything, and rushed back to the states to be there to see my love, my heart, my incredible child come out into the world. She has special needs and health problems as well, but you well never hear her complain or stop trying. She is the kindest, bravest, most amazing person I have ever known. My life was nothing before her. I have learned so much about the world and myself through her. I am not a religious person, but I thank the heavens and stars for her every day. She made me the person I needed to be.💜

    • I think it's awesome that you love your daughter so much and unconditionally. We all have our crazy days, and some have more than others. Then, someone comes into our lives and brings the crazy in us to a screeching halt.

  • Dang, this critical comments... I found the jokes hilarious, and the story touching. If this isn't your cup o' tea, Dry Bar has a bunch of different comedians. If you don't like it, thumb downs it and move on.

  • I saw that same scene, but the child ran out into the middle of the shopping mall with his dad chasing him. The dad was famous, too. No one batted an eye.

  • Angus is the "High" grade "A" Beef. Why name a Dog after a Cow for Food? What if his Daughter learns that???

    Danny JDanny J3 ай мурун
    • I meant no harm. Having Scottish heritage you know there are a great many people with the name Angus, and to know that Scotts can to go round for the smallest reasons. So basically how it would be taken is "Hey, All you guys named Angus are cows/beef/meatheads". I for one found it quite funny, because of that. Sidenote: They are call "Angus" after the two areas they were originally from. (Aberdeen /Angus)

  • Was more of a soapbox than a comedy bit, but maybe that’s because it was the closer. Unless your story is wild or unbelievable, or you spin it off into something else, humour relying on your personal interactions is lazy. It means you don’t have to actually think of material and aren’t continuing to flex your creative muscle. You’ll stagnate if you lean on it too much.

  • ....Disappointed in the critical comments here ....everyone needs a chance ...I’m sure there are many awkward moments with a slow child ..God chooses only those that can handle that situation ...perhaps the full version would have been a better explanation of his fatherhood talents .

    • Back in the mid-late 70s there was a Show called "Bionic Man" the Intro had him running slow, with music that made you think he was running very fast. We were in our early teens, and there was the sign with a pic of "Kids" and a sign below said "Slow" not because it was for slow kids, but to make drivers slow down. We would hide between 2 parked cars, and when a car came we would start running like the Bionic Man w/o the music, making the cars have to wait like 5 minutes for us to get across the street. Sorry, but your "Slow Child" comment brought back memories.

  • I was not hooked on his comedy by this video. And then the bit about offering to beat up the employee that asked him to get his child from continuing to run through the store in her bra and panties - though she is a special needs child with the mind of a 5 year old and the body of a 10 or 14 year old - did more to tick me off than laugh. If she gets hurt or accidentally runs into someone and they get hurt - that's a liability for the store. It can also be used as a cover for shoplifters by means of the distraction. Good Dad of pure joy my foot! Childish behavior and antics happen but indulging it to continue in a public place of business is selfish and rude. Smh!

    • Judge much? Get off your soapbox & try something new, empathy. Walk a mile in another's shoes b4 you judge, hypocrite. How's the view from up there looking down on those of us who aren't as perfect as you're pretending you are?

      juli victoriajuli victoria3 ай мурун
    • Worry much?? You sound like an old man yelling at kids to get off his lawn. Parents do need to reign in their children if they are misbehaving in a public place for too long, but a special needs child running through the store for a few minutes in joy - come on! Your inner child is DYING to get out. I'm serious. Do something playful before it's too late.

    • @Blueberry Fundip FFXIV Honestly, if that's true, then Dry Bar should not have put it up on the channel as another comedy routine. I come here for clean jokes. Not a fan of Blue material. Lately this channel has not been putting out good content. Maybe 10% of the time. Why is it that lately the only funny comedians featured on this channel are the handicapped ones? Seriously, they're the only ones who seem to realize their job is to make the audience laugh. You know what, I'm done. Why am I subscribed to a comedy channel that clearly barely puts in any effort to upload funny content? Going to take care of that right now. Unsubscribed.
